Return Policy

What is the return policy?
We accept returns of all our items within 7 business days from the date you received your order. We only require that the following conditions be met:

  • The items must be in their original condition.
  • The item(s) must not have been used in any way.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost and the return label cost.

Which products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable?
Non-returnable items include sensitive products such as women's underwear, lingerie, swimwear, and some children's clothing.

Are returns free?
We do not cover the shipping costs incurred to return the product(s) for a refund or exchange.

How do I arrange a return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at Contact@signaturemg.com using the same email address used to order the product.
(Please note that we are unable to refund the initial shipping fees for returned goods, except for defective items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)
Once the items are received, you will receive your refund (item price excluding the original shipping cost).

Where do I send my return?
When we receive your request to return an item, we will email you the address to which you should send the items.

How long will it take to receive my refund?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. If you initiate a return, we aim to respond within 24 hours. We will refund your money in the same method you used for payment within 1-6 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged or there is an error?
Although we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately at Contact@signaturemg.com.
